License and Terms
- Grant of License: Upon purchasing any of our digital white-label recipe packs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to edit, customize, and brand the recipes (and other white-label resources) for use in your own business. This license permits you to sell the recipes (and other white-label resources) to your clients as part of your service offerings.
- Branding Restrictions: You are prohibited from using the Level Up Your Meals name, logo, or any identifying marks in connection with the recipes or their promotion. All promotional materials and marketing for the recipes must use your own brand and logo, and must not imply any endorsement or affiliation with Level Up Your Meals.
- Resale Limitations: You may not resell, license, or otherwise transfer the recipes or their associated rights to third parties. You may only sell the recipes as part of your own branded service offerings to your clients, and under no circumstances can you sell or license the recipes with the right to further resell them.
- Modifications: You are permitted to modify the recipes to fit your brand’s identity and your clients' preferences. However, all restrictions regarding branding, resale, and transfer of rights continue to apply to any modified versions of the recipes.
Refund Policy
- Digital Products: As all products offered by Level Up Your Meals are digital, all sales are final.
- We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed and the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Exceptional Circumstances: If you believe you have a valid claim for a refund due to technical issues or an error in the transaction process, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@levelupyourmeals.com. Refund requests made outside of this period or for reasons related to dissatisfaction with the digital product will not be considered.
Intellectual Property & Copyrights
Ownership
- All recipes, content, and digital products available on levelupyourmeals.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Level Up Your Meals and are protected by copyright laws in Spain and international copyright laws. By purchasing any recipe pack, you are granted limited rights to use the content as outlined in these Terms; however, ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with Level Up Your Meals.
Permitted Use
- Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recipes as part of your own branded content. You may customize and rebrand the recipes and sell the branded versions to your clients as part of your business offerings. However, this license is subject to the following restrictions:
- You may not claim the original recipes or any other content from levelupyourmeals.com as your own intellectual property.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or license the recipes or other content with the resell rights to third parties.
- The use of Level Up Your Meals branding, logos, or identifying marks is prohibited, and all promotion and marketing must use your own brand.
Copyrights
- All content on levelupyourmeals.com, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, digital downloads, recipes, and other materials, is the property of Level Up Your Meals and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted limited rights to access, use, and modify the recipes for your own business, but these rights do not extend to:
- Reproducing, distributing, or transmitting any content for commercial purposes beyond the permitted use outlined in these Terms.
- Reselling or sublicensing the original recipes or any other content from the Website.
- Creating derivative works from other content on the Website without explicit permission, except for the customization of recipes.
Copyright Violations
- Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our recipes or other content outside the terms of this agreement is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate revocation of your rights to use the recipes and legal action. Level Up Your Meals reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect our intellectual property and enforce these Terms.
Liability Disclaimer
- Nutritional Information: The recipes provided by Level Up Your Meals are designed by chefs with experience in creating balanced and healthy meals. However, we are not licensed nutritionists or dietitians, and the nutritional information provided is intended for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the macronutrient or calorie counts, as these may vary based on ingredient brands, portion sizes, and substitutions.
- Medical Conditions: We cannot provide guidance for individual medical conditions or dietary restrictions. It is the responsibility of the buyer and their clients to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to their diet. Level Up Your Meals is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the consumption of the recipes.
- No Warranty: The recipes are provided "as is," without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the recipes will meet your specific needs or dietary requirements, and we disclaim all liability related to the use or misuse of the recipes.
Terination of rights
- Breach of Terms: Level Up Your Meals reserves the right to terminate your rights to use and distribute the recipes if you violate any terms of this agreement, including but not limited to:
- Reselling the recipes with the intent of transferring resell rights to third parties.
- Using the recipes in connection with Level Up Your Meals' branding, logo, or any promotional materials implying endorsement or affiliation.
- Failing to comply with any legal requirements or intellectual property protections outlined in this agreement.
- Consequences of Termination: Upon termination of your rights, you must immediately cease using and distributing the recipes. Any continued use or distribution of the recipes after termination may result in legal action.
Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain.
Amendments to terms
- Modification Rights: Level Up Your Meals reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of our products and services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Severability
- In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms.
- This determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
